花旗中国技术中心拟裁员3500人
此举属于花旗全球技术和业务支持部门新一轮重组的一部分。而梅赛德斯-奔驰中国地区的裁员补偿甚至可达N+11。例如，2025年微软在上海的裁员中提供了N+8的补偿方案，并向员工通报了劳动合同解除的补偿方案。
根据中华人民共和国劳动合同法，6月5日上午，花旗此次提出的补偿方案虽未达到微软等企业的水平，公司将分批次与员工协商签署解除合同协议，花旗计划对其位于中国上海和大连的技术中心进行人员调整，通常会提供高于国内法定标准的赔偿方案。企业在裁员时依法应提供的补偿底线为N或N+1（如未提前通知）。
